New TV shows:D

I've seen a lot of TV series lately; new ones, cause the regular ones are on vacation..as usual..
I watched them mostly at night, cause that's when I have time:))
Sooooo here we are:


1.Once Upon a Time

This is my new favourite, it's very charming:)
The story is simple: what happened after they lived happily ever after?
Well, in this story Snow Whites' stepmother spells a curse on Snows' and Prince Charmings' wedding day: they will live in a different place forever. A different place which is much worse then the hell. 
Yeah, that place would be our XXI-st century:).
So there's this Fairy Tale storyline, in every episode, and we slowly find out what really happened in the past.
And of course, there's a second storyline, which presents a little town, Storybrooke, in which seems that time is not moving, clocks aren't working.
We also meet Emma, a single woman from Boston who has a visitor in the very first episode: her 10 year old son, who lives in Storybrooke, and who has a storybook, about what happened to Snow White&Co. and he thinks that story is true, and his birthmom, Emma is the one who can help to break the curse.
So, this would be the story, but just a lil' part of it, cause it's very complex, and great.
You'll find out that Cinderella and Snow White were best friends, or that Snow had a daughter.
It's a great story, it tells something I wanted to know for a long time: what happened after the marriage?:D
All in all, it's a nice story, can't wait to watch the new episodes!


2. American Horror Story
This is a story about a small family, which moves into a new house in LA. Peolpe say the house is haunted cause bad things happened there.
This TV show is very recent, just like the above, it only has 11 episodes so far, but  I liked it. It's also true that, if you don't like horror, you probably will hate it, cause it's really creepy:))
I can't tell much, cause it's really messy, you'll understand after you'll watch it.

I also red some news about this show, that it could be cancelled, but I don't want to!

It's so great, and finally something modern but vintage,gosh I adore the 60's!

And Mike's fittin' in that show!

8. Simon Baker as Patrick Jane

[ The Mentalist ]

The way he solves cases is amazing, how he always knows who's the bad guy, before everyone else, is just wow!

And the Red John episodes are so welldone, I already miss them in this new season...

7. Neil Jackson as Sasha Belov

[ Make it, or break it ]

This character is great, and lovely. I almost cried when he left at the season finale:)

6. Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt

[ Grey's Anatomy ]

He was awesome since the very first episode he appeared, and the evolution of his relationship with Christina was captivating(:

5. Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd

He's correct and cute, and just as Owen, he needs some balls there, to handle Meredith.

4. Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery

He's an EYECANDY!!

3. Hugh Laurie as Gregory House

Isn't he awesome? I actually know a doc who's pretty like him, and I must say it's not that fun in real life..but it's great on screen.

Love his brains:))

2. Ian Somerhalder as Damon Salvatore

[ The Vampire Diaries ]

I looved him a lot better when he was the bad guy, but still he's ok..I don't like his hair in the show, but that's just a teeny-weeny detail:-j

And they make a hot couple with Nina!

1. Ed Westwick as Chuck Bass

Do I have to say a word?

His looks, his elegance, his charm..the way he talks,woohoo:))

So this was my top 10, now if you like TVD, you should watch this parody, it's funny, and very well done, I love the hillywoodshow parodies!

First of all, I saw this tag on lot of blogs lately, and I saw lot of similarities with my preferences:D But..I didn't know what criterias were the girls using..so I'll choose my faves because I like their character, or personality, or looks:)

10. Margot Robbie as Laura Cameron

I like her personality and style in Pan Am..in fact, I'm in love with that show!

9. Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones

[ Sex & The City ]

It's one of my fave shows ever, it's so funny, I really laughed a LOT, especially with all the crazy things Samantha did.

8. Julianna Margulies as Alicia Florrick

[ The Good Wife ]

I saw this shows' commercial on TV, but never actually watched it, since a few weeks ago, when I started watching it, and I must say: I like it! When I was a kiddo, I saw her in ER, and I always thought she was so beautiful..and even if this was a few years back, Julianna is still a beauty, and her pokerface in this series is killing me:D

7. Rachel Bilson as Zoe Hart

[ Hart of Dixie ]

It's a new show just as Pan Am, and I love Rachels' style, personality, everyhing in this show:) Especially that town: is so 50's..aww:)

6. Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf

[ Gossip Girl ]

Sometimes I feel she's me on the screen.

5. Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey

[ Grey's Anatomy ]

She's awesome! The way she talks, the way she acts, she's hilarious, she is a real woman:D

5. Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey

[ Grey's Anatomy ]

I don't think I have to talk a lot about her:) When I first saw this series I thoguht: "Oh great! That's an awesome show, how could I missed it?" And then: "Oh God, her voice is just so annoying!!" But now I soo love her voice, they way she handles things and the facts she's saying in the beginning and ending of every episode, they're so true.

4. Nina Dobrev as Elena Gilbert / Katerina Petrova

[ The Vampire Diaries ]

I red a lot of things about the actors but I never saw a single episode..cause it was soo popular. And when something,a movie, or a tv show it's this popular, it makes me think it's just not that good. I know, I know, I think somehow backwards.. But this summer I was curious, so I started watching TVD, and it was awesome, of course.

I mainly watched it for the cute vampire [can you guess which  one?:D], but now things are so messed up, I'm curious what's next:)

As for Nina, she's gorgeous, and I absolutely love her sexy voice and especially like her when she's Katerina(love this name too:)

2. Kaya Scodelario as Effy Stonem

If you haven't seen this show already, you should. It's true that it's more a teen show, but I found it so great. Oh, and the british version, of course; it's so great to see something different, not american.

Kaya was my favourite from all 5 seasons, she was so mysterious, and beautiful and  awesome!

1. Sandra Oh as Christina Yang

I can't really say she's number 1, cause from number 5, they are all on the same place in my heart:)

But Sandra as the fearless and no-feelings-Christina is just so amazing, I adore her!

I mean she seems so strong, but she's just a broken woman too, she's great and special!

And yet again: that pokerface xD

So these are my fave actresses/characters right now, but there are a lot more, of course,and to end this top, here's something I learnt from Dr. Yang:

Momentan urmăresc vreo 20 de seriale:)). Mnah, nu că aş avea timp, dar îmi fac pt câte un episod:). Plus că multe sunt pe pause right now:)
Am descoperit mai multe din recomandările de pe acest blog, vă recomand să citiţi, dacă vreţi ceva nou:)
Ce am descoperit mai nou, pe lângă Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, The Mentalist, The Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, 90210, etc, etc, etc:))


1. The Lying Game

Am mai scris, but still: it's so good. E foarte fain, mai mult pt adolescenţi, ce-i drept, dar hei, n-a trecut aşa mult timp de atunci:)). Are suspans, dragoste, minciuni,secrete, pur şi simplu îi adaugi popcorn, and it's puuurrrfect:D

2. Hart of Dixie

Este vb despre o doctoriţă din New York, care este nevoită să se mute într-un orăşel uitat de lume, să se adapteze şi să se facă iubită..pt că da, cei din orăşel nu prea o plac pe Miss Hart, cu pantalonii ei extra-scurţi sau blazerul Chanel.
Este un serial amuzant, relaxant, girly, îmi place!!


3.Suburgatory
Cu episoade de câte 20 de minute, serialul ne prezintă viaţa Tessei şi a tatălui ei, care se mută...de undee??
Da, aţi ghicit, din New York, într-un orăşel unde toată lumea pare să fie perfectă, bogată..şi foarte rooz, gen Wisteria Lane:D

Serialul este pt adolescenţi, dar mi se pare foarte ok, merită să încercaţi:)


4. Pan Am
Mda, şi ăsta ar fii cel mai nou..şi cel mai bun!
Povestea se petrece în anii '50-'60, în rolurile principale fiind stewardesele de la Pan Am. Putem cunoaşte viaţa de atunci, obiceiurile, misterele, moda:)
Este serialul perfect pt gustul meu, care ador aceste timpuri sau mă rog, ce am prins din filmele americane. Atât femeile, cât şi bărbaţii aveau clasă, stil, eleganţă, rafinament...aww..şi muzica..!!

Este foarte foarte fain serialul, de fapt imaginea, peisajul:)

Cam atât pe azi, vă las cu o melodie, din care cred eu, că a fost inspirat serialul Pan Am:) Enjoy!♥

P.S.: nu uitaţi că mâine apare episodul special de Halloween din Pretty Little Liars.

Grey's Anatomy-season 8

[SPOILER ALERT pt cei care n-au trecut de primele sezoane!]

And finally..a început sezonul 8 din serialul GREY'S ANATOMY. Yeeeyyy!

Sezonul a început cu 2 episoade, şi pot să spun că mi-au plăcut mult.
Serialul are cam tot ce se gaseşte într-un film/serial bun, lângă care EU nu mă plictisesc:


-o femeie de culoare, de obicei mai dolofană de fel, cu o voce puternică, autoritară, dar cu un suflet mare:

-o fată cu picioarele pe pământ, care încearcă să facă numai bine, uneori reuşind, alteori nu prea; ea este cea pt care ne facem griji dacă se va cupla cu frumuşelul din film/serial, şi cu ea ne identificăm noi toate:)

-o prietenă bună, de obicei asiatică, cu un simţ al umorului mai...negru, cu replici de-ţi taie respiraţia; genul de fată "break her heart, and i'll break your face":

-un şef/lider care este un bărbat mai în vârstă. trecut prin multe, dar bun la suflet:

-unul/una care se ia de toţi şi toate, dar până la urmă este acceptat, şi-şi arată latura sentimentală, faptul că e şi el/ea om:

-un  frumuşel după care mor fetele, dar care are ochi numai pt una singură:

-unul/una care moare, dar mai apare din când în când:

+ ceilalţi care fac sex printre ei, aka toată lumea umblă cu toată lumea:

etc.

De obicei aceste personaje apar în fiecare serial, sau telenovelă...asta o fi reţeta secretă?:D


Btw, acum, după 8 sezoane de Grey's, pot spune că o ador pe Cristina şi Miranda, sunt nişte personaje fenomenale, mă fac să râd tot timpul:D

Anyways, primul episod a fost genial, am râs, am plâns, can't wait for the next one!

For the person who suggested i should watch Drop Dead Diva..

Damn, n-am mai scris de ceva timp, am avut restante, ma mut, nu prea am timp/chef de scris, dar citesc cam tot:P

Siii..ma uit non-stop la Drop Dead Diva...mai am cateva ep. si-l termin..damn! Bine ca am setat vplayul pe autoplay;;)

Si cand ma gandesc ca am revizionat primul episod de vreo 6-7 ori,caci niciodata nu apucam sa vad mai mult de 5 minute, ca ma plictiseam:))

Acum abia astept sa vad ce se va intampla mai incolo:D:D yeyyy!

Pretty Little Liars-season finale TONIGHT!!

Of, am citit pe FB-ul lui Ashley Benson că azi va fi ultimul episod din acest sezon..which I can not really understand!


Îmi plac mult serialele..prea mult, şi mă uit la o groază, dar niciodată nu am înţeles de ce bagă câte-o pauză de 3-4 luni în mijlocul sezonului..până va începe iar uit cum le cheamă pe protagoniste...it's just annoying!
Am văzut chestia asta aplicată mai mult la serialele noi ca PLL, iar cele mai mari şi vechi(Grey's A.,House, etc) rulează încontinuu.
Şi ştiţi ce mă mai enervează? Când un serial se termină fără să ne aşteptăm.
Adică nu zic să ţină 40 de ani, ca Tânăru' şi neliniştitu', dar nu să se termine sezonul, apoi când cauţi date despre noul sezon afli că de fapt ăsta fu' ultimul.


Voi vă uitaţi la seriale? Pe care-l aşteptaţi în septembrie? :D
